To expedite the review in preparation for reclamation this spring this <br />portion of TR51 is formally being withdrawn and resubmitted as TR54. The following response <br />coincides with the issues identified in your letter. <br />East Portal Area <br />Following further review and comments by DMG the SEDCAD designs and demonstrations for <br />most of the subwatersheds at the East Portal Area are being withdrawn due to exemptions for <br />roads. The two remaining areas include the tam-around area at the far western end (Areas 2B <br />and 3B) and the materials storage azea near the center (Areas 2A, 3A, and 4A). <br />Both pond have been removed which eliminates most of the concerns relating to the East Portal <br />Area. <br />la.
