Enclosed is a new Index Map. <br />2. Qwest Communications, Inc. has a line located in Rimer Road. <br />3. The owners of the Independent Ranchman`s Ditch and the cell tower have been shown <br />on the mining plan map. <br />4. The direction of mining has been shown on the mining plan map. <br />5. The permit boundaries have been clearly identified on the mining plan map. <br />6. The fences along AM-02 area that still exist have been shown on the mining plan map. <br />7. T'he mining plan map has been revised to show the 30 foot set back. See Note 3. <br />8. The acreage will be increased to 52 acres. 47.4 acres is the area to be mined. <br />9. Pit slopes will be 1 to 1 duti.°tg mining. The Slope Stability Computations done by <br />Lincoln lleVore itdicate a safety factor of 1.531(see Exhibit S, page 5), with I to 1. <br />mining slopes.
