MASSEY: That certainly was they <br />' 13 intention behind our commitment to do that. <br /> l4 The last point, there were some <br />' 15 questions raised about the emergency response plan. <br /> 16 Some of the questions were vague (inaudible). There <br /> 17 was a question raised about the emergency response <br /> 18 plan and the questions were vague. <br />' <br /> 19 One point was made, though, was than: <br />' 20 Battle Mountain had not yet worked with the local <br /> 21 emergency response people. When we did the permit <br />' 22 last year, Battle Mountain made a commitment that it <br /> 23 would invite those people up to the site and work <br /> 24 out the details of the local emergency response <br /> 25 between 30 and 60 -- and I honestly don't remember <br /> <br /> AGREN, BLANDO & BILLINGS <br /> <br />
