Tab 6 <br />Also included in tab 6 is the May 31, 2006 approval letter from the State of <br />Colorado for the Substitute Water Supply Plan. <br />b. Corps of Engineers <br />The Operator understands that the placement of dredged or fill material, and <br />any excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or <br />permanent, in waders of the United States requires notification to the <br />Department of the Army Corps of Engineers. <br />c. Colorado Historical Society <br />i. Should human (remains be discovered during mining activities, the <br />requirements under State law CRS 24-80 part 13 will be followed. <br />ii. Jodi Villa of Meurer & Associates spoke with Greg Wolff of the Colorado <br />Historical Society on June 1, 2006, at which time Mr. Wolff stated that <br />he would like the name of the USGS topographic map on the Exhibit B <br />that was submitted to the DMG.
