amendment #1
~khibit D -Reclamation Plan continued
D. Items to Remain Post Reclamation; The pre-existing access road will remain per the
wishes of the land owner. No other items aze to remain post reclamation. The access road is
outside the permit boundary, however drainage is controlled by a bar ditch on the up hill side of
the road. A high point will be maintained in the roadway at the pit boundary to prohibit the site
from draining down the roadway. Only precipitation that falls on the roadway will drain down the
assess route.
E. Reclamation of Mine Features; Upon reclamation the mine site will be a flat to gently
sloping pit floor that will daylight at the mesas west edge. The east side will accommodate a
3H:1 V slope back up to the original undisturbed pre-mining elevation. The pit floor will slope
gently to the west at about 2%, similar to the existing native conditions. All berms will be
removed and the site returned to a similar native condition. There aze no other features
descriptive of the pit site.
F. Reclamation Cost Estimate; No changes
