• s <br /> • Although little specific air quality data exists for the upper Williams Fork Valley, the U.S. <br /> Forest Service (USFS) reviewed data from the Leadville National Fish Hatchery, an <br /> area with elevation and remoteness similar to the Mill site. Particulate data collected <br /> from the Leadville site indicate that PM,o values averaged less than 5 micrograms per <br /> cubic meter on an annual basis. The Colorado and national standard for this <br /> constituent is 50 micrograms per cubic meter. The primary sources of particulates in <br /> the upper Williams Fork Valley are the Henderson Mill, tailing impoundment, unpaved <br /> roads, and tailpipe emissions from vehicles of Henderson employees and recreational <br /> users in the area. <br /> • <br />
