~~
EXHIBIT H - IUILULIFE IIlFORiIATID~I
The Colorado Division of lildlife has found that the impact on
wildlife of the proposed mining operation, Sf-I-18, will be moderate.
The impact is largely due to increased human activity and a minimal
amount of vegetation removal.
Vildlife species inhabiting the general area include mule
deer, coyotes, bobcats, cottontail rabbits, raptors, fackrabbits,
prarie dogs, and other small birds and mammals. There are no known
threatened or endangered species in the area.
Seasonal use of the area is limited to wintering of mule deer
on mesa tops and side slopes.
=• Recommendation made by the Division of Wildlife, such as building
away from sagebrush parks, minimizing roads, etc., will be follaved
as closely as possible.
