Technical Revision -Exhibit G
Water Information
The Wright Mine, as it presently exists from the portal to the property line of D.O.E. lease block,
C-SM-1 S, is dry. Exploration drilling of the azea to be mined encountered no significant ground
water. If any small amount of groundwater is encountered, it will be contained in sumps in the
underground workings. The working areas will be greater than 30 ft. below the elevation of the
portal. Therefore, no discharge permits will be required. Although the permitted acreage is from
1600 to 3000 feet from the San Miguel River, there are no tributary streams to the river within
the permitted acreage. Berms will be constructed azound the waste dump azea to preclude
stormwater from the small (~ 25 acres) drainage basin from contacting the waste or stockpiled
ore.
Water needed for the mining operation (e.g. drill water, water for wetting down blasted material)
will be hauled to the site from a legal source (e.g. purchased from the Town ofNaturita,
Colorado.} Consumption will be less than 1,000 gallons per working day.

SM-18 Application for Technical Revision -Page 7 - 7/14/2004
