Two copies of the application are on file with the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology (DM&G). <br />This copy of the application is delivered to you pursuant to <br />34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as amended, <br />which states in part: <br />....the applicant shall file a copy of such <br />application for public inspection at the <br />office of the County Clerk and Recorder of <br />the County in which the affected land is <br />located. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of this copy of the amended <br />permit application by signing in the appropriate space provided <br />below and returning one copy of this letter to the person deliv- <br />ering the book.
