EXHIBIT L RECLAMATION COSTS This reclamation cost estimate in based on the assumption that there will be no more than 30.00 acres ± disturbed at any one time. The following information also depicts a worse case scenario. At that time McAtee will have to respread 14,960 cubic yards of topsoil; do 8,194 cubic yards of cut/fill dozer work on 2300 lft of working face; backfill 40,800 cy on 600 feet and revegetate 30.00 ac. ±.
