If the operator is going to store any kind of fuel <br />or solvents with in the permit area, it has to be <br />placed in a lined area and the storage capacity of <br />the lined area has to accommodate 120 of the total <br />volumes to be store on site. <br />VI) Exhibits "H","I","J""K" Adequate <br />VII) Exhibit "L" Reclamation cost <br />In order for the Division to calculate the Warranty <br />needed for the affected Phase acreage, the operators <br />has to provide the information requested for the <br />ponds and agree to reclaim the sites to a 3:1 slope <br />rather than the 2:1 slope recommended by the <br />operator.
