Canany <br />Division Direaor <br />Natural Resource Tnrstee <br />The Division has reviewed your Amendment Application and <br />has the following Adequacy Comments. <br />I) Exhibit "A" Legal Description, adequate Exhibit "B" <br />Index Map, and Adequate. <br />II) Exhibit "C" Pre- Mining and Mining Plan maps and <br />affected land. <br />A) Under subsection "b" the operator is required to <br />identify all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and <br />gas wells, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells <br />lines power and communication on the area of <br />affected land and within 200 feet of all <br />boundaries of such area. According to the comment <br />received from the Army Corps of Engineer, they <br />are stating, there are two unnamed tributaries of <br />Brackett Creek and Steel Fork located on the USGS <br />map. The maps included in the Amendment <br />application nor during the pre- operational; <br />inspection of the area indicate the existence of <br />such streams. Please contact the Army Corps to <br />resolve the issue. <br />III) Exhibit "D" Mining Plan. <br />The operator indicates that there will be no <br />diversion planned for the site, but water <br />impoundments will be constructed in order to store <br />water used to wash sand and gravel that is extracted <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Wnd Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
