Canany Division Direaor Natural Resource Tnrstee The Division has reviewed your Amendment Application and has the following Adequacy Comments. I) Exhibit "A" Legal Description, adequate Exhibit "B" Index Map, and Adequate. II) Exhibit "C" Pre- Mining and Mining Plan maps and affected land. A) Under subsection "b" the operator is required to identify all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells lines power and communication on the area of affected land and within 200 feet of all boundaries of such area. According to the comment received from the Army Corps of Engineer, they are stating, there are two unnamed tributaries of Brackett Creek and Steel Fork located on the USGS map. The maps included in the Amendment application nor during the pre- operational; inspection of the area indicate the existence of such streams. Please contact the Army Corps to resolve the issue. III) Exhibit "D" Mining Plan.
