Compaction of subgrade embankments and backfill shall comply with
. Section 203.11 of the Division of, Highways' Standard Specifications.

~- 17. Compaction of Hot Bituminous Pavement shall comply with Section
901.17 of the Division of Highways' Standard Specifications, and
r compaction of Aggregate Base Course shall comply with Section 304.06.
I 18. If frost is present in the subgrade, no surfacing material shall be
placed until all Erost is gone or removed.
19, The existing asphalt is to be saw cut adjacent to all new pavement.
20. The new pavement shall slope on the same plane as the present

It is the responsibility of the property owner to prevent all
livestock Erom entering the State Highway right of way. Any
livestock that does enter the highway right of way is the
zespons ibility of the property owner.
