OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT M <br />The following permits are needed for the site: <br />1) County (special use) approval. The special use permit has been granted for previous operations <br />on ttus site. llue to an increase in production a revised Special Use Permit is being prepared and <br />submitted for the site. <br />2) No NPDES permit will be needed for the site since the site will contain all runoff from the 100 <br />year 24 hour event. <br />3) A fugitive emissions permit is needed for the site since the permitted production will exceed <br />70,000 tons per year. The portable crusher/screen plant and the portable asphalt plant will have <br />their own emissions permits. The fugitive emissions permit for the site will be revised for the 2003 <br />amendment. <br />4) A spill and containment plan (SPCC) will be revised for the storage of fuels, oils and grease <br />will be stored on site. Each on site will have secondary containment. <br />5) No 404 permit necessary because no filling will occw within any flood plain or any <br />jurisdictional waters of the United States. <br />6) The operator is working with the County to determine if any changes are needed to the access <br />permit for the 2003 amendment. The operation's access road enters County Koad 305 <br />approximately 1000 feet west of the mine site. <br />Cugnini 12103 38 <br />
