CLC intends to begin exploration activities on May 15 and <br /> requests that the Division issues approvals of all proposed <br /> exploration activities, with the exception of drill holes PDH-33 <br /> & PDH-34 pending submittal of specific access agreements . CLC <br /> requests that the Wildlife Protection Measures outlined by CDOW <br /> be incorporated as a condition of approval . <br /> CLC understands that all conditions and stipulations as <br /> identified in NOI #96-219-01 and FECL # COC 59432 will be applied <br /> to this modification. <br /> We very much appreciate the assistance that the Division of <br /> Minerals and Geology has provided in this project .
