Based on the data from Appendix G and project <br />experience in the western United States, PQL values are likely to <br />' be similar to the manual USEPA Method 9010. <br />6.6 Reaortin~ <br />Unless there is insufficient sample for any water quality analysis <br />to be performed (as in condition 1, Section 6.1), then the <br />analytical laboratory will produce a report which comprises: <br />{1) A statement of the laboratory test results, and <br />' (2) A quality assurance report. <br />' The report will be prefaced by a sheet which identifies the <br />analytical laboratory, the laboratory job number, the client and <br />' the date of the report. Certification is provided by the inclusion <br />of this page which will be signed and dated by an authorized <br />representative of the analytical laboratory together with their <br />' title. If any of the analytical results fail to conform with the <br />approved permit standards, Battle Mountain will, within 5 working <br />' days of receipt of the analytical data, notify the Division. <br />6.6.1 Analytical Results Report: The analytical test results will be given <br />on laboratory data sheets which contain the following information: <br />' (1) The date of the report and the laboratory performing the <br />analysis; <br />(2) The client identification number, the name of the client <br />' and the laboratory identification number; <br />' -43- <br /> <br />
