Exhibit "E„ <br />Reclamation Plan <br />(1) This application includes the following information in accordance with the <br />regulations: <br />(a) The operator is proposing to reclaim the site to a final land use as rangeland. <br />Side slopes will be graded to a maximum 3H:1V. The pit bottom will be sloped to <br />drain to the east. The pit, back slopes, processing area any other disturbed areas <br />except the haul road will be topsoiled and revegetated. The land owner requires the <br />pit haul road and entrance to remain after reclamation is complete to use as access <br />to the property. <br />(b) The proposed reclamation of this site to rangeland is consistent with the <br />surrounding area. <br />(c} A description of how the Reclamation Plan witl be implemented to meet each <br />applicable requirement of Section 3.1, Reclamation Performance Standards follows: <br />3.1.1 Establishing Post-Mining Use <br />(1) The OperatoNApplicant, in consultation with the Landowners, have decided to <br />reclaim the affected area to rangeland as described in this Reclamation Plan. <br />(2) The results of this application, of which this is a part, and all of the decisions <br />formulated into it, constitute what the applicant believes is an appropriate and <br />workable Reclamation Plan. <br />3.1.2 Rectaiming Substituted Land. <br />Reclaiming substitute land is not a consideration of this operation. <br />3.1.3 Time Limit and Phased Reclamation <br />The operator/applicant agrees that all reclamation shall be carried to completion with <br />all reasonable diligence. <br />
