MINING PLAN <br />LIST OF MINING PLAN REQUIREMENTS <br />The following list of requirements are exactly like the ones contained within the body of this <br />exhibit. This list can be used as a table of contents or a quick reference during the implementation of the <br />permit. For additional information on a requirement please refer to the page number stated at the end of <br />[he requirement shown in this list. Most requirements have discussions in the body of the exhibit. <br />PERMIT, AFFECTED LAND, AND PHASING REQUIREMENTS - <br />Requirement: The only land that may be disturbed within the large permit area is that land <br />contained in Phase 1 and Phase 2 as shown on the maps in Exhibit C. (See Page 11) <br />Requirement: The Affected Land Boundary defines the limit of allowable disturbances within <br />this permit. (See Page 12) <br />Requirement: The affected land boundary shall be defined on the ground and clearly marked <br />prior to initiation of operations. (See Page l2) <br />Requirement: No disturbances between the affected land boundary and the river are allowed <br />other than the streambank stabilization work described in this plan. No soil or overburden can <br />be stockpiled or placed for other purposes in the river setback zone. (See Page 13) <br />Requirement: The eastern edge of this mining operation is [he eastern edge of Phase 1 as shown <br />on the maps. The Phase Ze area shown on [he maps for Amendment 1 no longer exists and is no[ <br />included as a part of this plan. (See Page L3) <br />GENERAL GROUNDWATER REQUIREMENTS - <br />Requirement: Agreements with all well owners within 600 feet of [he affected land boundary <br />must be honored. These agreements state that if a problem with a well occurs and [hat problem <br />is due to the operation, the operator is responsible Tor correcting the problem.
