056; Durham Sand & Gravel Pit -Post mine use of Shop, Scale-
House, and Concrete Batch Plant facilities
As landowner to all lands permitted under DMG Permit M1978-056, the
Doeringsfeld 8c Aratas Partnership, affirms with my signature below, our desire to
retain the facilities and facility uses approved under Weld County USR/SUP 345
for the existing shop, scale-house, and concrete batch plant, processing facilities,
and related support facilities (yards, fuel depots, etc.) subsequent to the conclusion
of extraction activities and release of DMG permit M1978-056 by the Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology.
