Pre-Submittal Meetings aze held every <br />Thursday and the process is fully explained in the packet. <br />Portions of the entire 2,760 acres (1,110 acres previously leased and 1,650 acres new <br />lease) operated by Schmidt Construction Company aze under a current Use by Special <br />Review known as Coal Creek Resource Sand Mining, Case No. U96-001, approved by <br />the Board of County Commissioners on May 20, 1996. That USR application covers <br />lands in all or parts of Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 24, and 25, Township 5 South, Range 65 <br />West of the 6a' P.M., on a total of 1,590 acres.
