The responses are in the same order as your identified items to be addressed.
1) Indeed, I have placed the incorrect acreage on the first page of the Amendment
Application and on several other pages in the body of the application. The correct
acreage for the existing permit boundary is 253.4 acres. The permit boundary shown on
the exhibits is correct and contains this acreage, however, I used an acreage that is
associated with Lhe Land Exchange with Jefferson County by mistake. Attached are the
corrected pages (first page of Amendment Application, Introduction page, and pages 1,
10, 12, 20, and 21 of the application).
2) The corrected EXHIBIT A is attached to the items addressed in No. 1 above.
3) Two copies of EXHIBITS C, C-1, and F are attached with the corrected text and
tables.
5) The corrected page 12 from EXHIBIT E is attached with the items in No. 1 above.
6) See No. 3 above.
8) I have attached a revised EXHIBIT L, Reclamation Bond Calculation, for your review.
The changes in the acreages due to my use of the incorrect acres referenced in Item 1 of
your letter have resulted in the need to revise this exhibit.
10) With regard to the telephone and electric lines, I do not believe there are any issues.
As proof of this I have attached letters from QWEST and XCEL stating this fact. In
addition, I have also attached a map of the locations of the utility poles. As you can see
Western U.B. Region
1400 W. 64th Ave., P.O.
