SYM113 is the site of a homestead that has
been destroyed and SYM114 is a small dump. These sites are not associated
with persons or events important in history and will yield no further
information important to history. SYM115 is a small lithic scatter where
tool manufacture probably took place. Tt will yield no further information
important to prehistory.
Since no significant cultural resources were identified during an adequate
survey, we will concur with the no effect determination.
However, if previously unidentified archaeological resources are discovered
during construction, work must be interrupted until the resources are
evaluated in terms of the State Register of Historic Places eligibility
criteria in consultation with this office.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. If we may be of further
assistance please contact Jim Green at (303) 866-4674.
Sincerely,
.~ ~? C~
James E.
