Dear Ms. Pickford:
In response to your letter dated 04/07/04 to Paul Like, please find the
following:
1. Copy of 11/16/94 letter from Colorado Historical Society after a
cultural resources inventory was performed on the above location,
which I think will provide "PROOF OF SITE CLEARANCE".
2. Copy of 10/11/94 letter from Department of the Army Corps of
Engineers, after they reviewed the above project, stating that it "will
not require a Department of the Army (DA) Permit".
Hopefully this is what we need. If not, or need anything else, please do
