EXHIBIT K <br />Climate <br />The climate information recorded in the original application and subsequent amendments is still <br />valid. In summary, the climatology data recorded at the Longmont weather station indicates the <br />average annual precipitation at the site to be approximately 12 inches per year. The majority of <br />this precipitation falls during the growing season, which is considered 140 days during the <br />summer months. The hottest month is often July with an average high of 88 degrees and an <br />average low of 59 degrees.
