PERMIT APPLICATION
REGALAR 112 (AMMENDMENT)
EXHIBIT E
Reclamation Plan
Reclamation of the mining area will proceed concurrently. Approximately 2 acres per yeaz
will be mined. As backstopes are tteated and graded to 3 feet horizontal to 1 toot vertical,
the adjacent previously stockpiled topsoil will then be graded down over the slopes to waters
edge. Thickness of the topsoil will range from G-12 inches over all reclaimed slopes. Except
for the water resource and the 3-1 slopes created by the mining activity, all of the affected
azea will be reclaimed back to the original agriculture status it currently has. A mixture of
native and preferred agriculture type vegetation will be planted. A variety of equipment will
be used to accomplish the reclamation including initially such machinery as ,but not limited
to, bulldozers, scrapers, loaders, water truck and graders. Final grading will include more
agricultural type eyuipment such as farm tractors, discs, land [eveiors ,etc. Reclamation as
described will coincide with the surrounding properties and be aesthetically compatible. All
grading within the affected area will be accomplished in such a manner to control erosion of
the affected land and land proximate thereto.
