PERMIT APPLICATION <br />REGALAR 112 (AMMENDMENT) <br />EXHIBIT E <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Reclamation of the mining area will proceed concurrently. Approximately 2 acres per yeaz <br />will be mined. As backstopes are tteated and graded to 3 feet horizontal to 1 toot vertical, <br />the adjacent previously stockpiled topsoil will then be graded down over the slopes to waters <br />edge. Thickness of the topsoil will range from G-12 inches over all reclaimed slopes. Except <br />for the water resource and the 3-1 slopes created by the mining activity, all of the affected <br />azea will be reclaimed back to the original agriculture status it currently has. A mixture of <br />native and preferred agriculture type vegetation will be planted. A variety of equipment will <br />be used to accomplish the reclamation including initially such machinery as ,but not limited <br />to, bulldozers,scrapers, loaders, water truck and graders. Final grading will include more <br />agricultural type eyuipment such as farm tractors, discs, land [eveiors ,etc. Reclamation as <br />described will coincide with the surrounding properties and be aesthetically compatible. All <br />grading within the affected area will be accomplished in such a manner to control erosion of <br />the affected land and land proximate thereto. <br />
