The topsoil and overburden from a new <br />azea will be used to reclaim the previous azea as well as create the peninsulas which have been <br />previously described. This will reduce material moving as well as reduce the maximum area to <br />be reclaimed. Any fines from the crushing/screening operation and removed from the settling <br />pond will also be salvaged and used in the reclamation. A table of expected mining lives for <br />each Phase is included in Table D-3.
