All issues have been addressed in the same order which you presented them in. Since the submission of the original permit, the property ownership has changed over to Oldcastle S W Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County. Please see revised Exhibits to reflect this change in ownership. 5. The overhead powerline has been added to the map exhibits and a new map exhibit C-4 has been added which details the construction of the settling pond and discharge pipe installation. 6. Anew map exhibit C-5 has been prepazed which shows the maximum extent which the staging azea in Phase 12 will affect to include the asphalt plant. Included are stockpiles, sediment control, and office and plant facilities. 14. Please see the enclosed letter in which Mr. Hutchins wishes to take responsibility for watering and monitoring the trees on his own. Alfred and Marjorie Fredlund have been selling trees in the vicinity of the permit area for the past yeaz and a half. Recently, all of the trees in the azea of the permit have been sold to various parties. Trees on the Fredlund Property, therefore, aze no longer a concern. Verification of the sale of these trees can be obtained from Alfred and Mazjorie Fredlund. 16. As recommended, water will not be recirculated through the wash plant, rather it will be dischazged into the collection ditches around the perimeter of the pit. 18. Hazazdous materials which are not stored in double walled tanks or some sort of other secondary containment such as 55 gallon drums, buckets, etc. will either be stored in the concrete fuel bunker which will have more capacity than required than 110% of all of the materials contained within, or will have mobile basins placed under them which will be able to contain 110% of the volume, There may be times where United Companies is moving these uncontained materials where
