6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />6. The applicant states on page 39 that the only permanent and man-made structure azound the newly <br />added azeas is a powerline that was installed afrer mining had begun and was placed within 200 feet of an <br />existing mine face. Please indicate the status of AFSI's and Xcel Energy's efforts to relocate this <br />powerline outside the mining azea. <br />6.5 Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br />7. The applicant has provided a revised Geotechnical Stability report from Revey Associates, Inc. in <br />conformance with Rule 6.5. It appeazs that the Revey report has been revised to provide specific technical <br />information requested in a memo from Allen Sorenson to Steve O'Brian dated December 20, 2001. <br />Mr.Sorenson is currently reviewing the revised Revey report to verify that all necessary information has <br />been provided. We will keep you apprised of Mr. Sorenson's findings and whether additional information <br />is needed. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before July 19, 2002 to allow adequate time for <br />review before the July 25, 2002 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the permit <br />application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and Recorder.
