Colorado <br />law requires us, as a coal mine operator to inform you of your right to apre-blasting <br />survey. This survey determines the condition of your structures and documents any pre- <br />blasting damage and other physical factors that could reasonably be affected by blasting. <br />If you would like such a survey now, or in the future, due to a change in mind or <br />addition to or remodeling of your home or structure, you should make a request to the <br />Director, Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Program, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />• Colorado (80203). He will then notify us of your request and we will conduct the survey <br />and provide you with a copy. if you disagree with the results of the survey, you may <br />notify, in writing, within thirty (30) days, both Wyoming Fuel Company and the Director <br />of the the specific areas of disagreement. <br />We hope that our blasting does not disrupt your normal activities. Our blasting <br />crews will make every effort to minimize the noise and vibrations which results from our <br />operations.
