(b) For Special 111 Operations and.Regular 112 Operation, <br />the area proposed to be disturbed by mining operations which <br />a Financial Warranty and Perfiormance Warranty have been <br />posted, shall be the afifected area. <br />(3) Not applicable. <br />6.4.5 - Exhibit "E" - Reclamation Plan <br />(2)(d) Where applicable, plans for topsoil segregation, <br />preservation and replacement; for stabilization, compaction <br />and grading of .spoil; and for revegetation. The revegetation <br />plan shall contain a list of the preferred species of grass, <br />legumes, forbs, shrubs ar trees to be-planted, the method and <br />rates ofi seeding and planting, the estimated. availability of <br />viable seeds in sufficient quantities of the species proposed <br />to be used, and .the proposed time ofi seeding and planting. <br />This section is not applicable to this application since rec- <br />lamation is for an industrial site with no revegetation <br />proposed. <br />(e) A plan or schedule indicating how and when reclamation <br />will be implemented. <br />The items requested here are not applicable in this instance. <br />Reclamation will consist of leaving a minimum of 6" - 12" of <br />pit run natural material on the pit floor for a plate to <br />handle vehicular travel. As stated earlier, revegetation <br />would be a redundant exercise and expense to the operator. <br />
