Given the <br />ongoing nature of the discussions and activities relating to determination of a final required bond amount, <br />submittal of the $41,119,644.00 financial warranty is not required at this time. <br />As a result of the deletion of Lost Creek Reservoir from the permit, the following acreages now apply: <br />Affected Land: 4057.8 acres (includes 393 undisturbed buffer acres, 75 of which aze bonded). <br />Permit Area: 11,877.5 acres. <br />Private Land: 11,842.8 acres. <br />Federal Land: 34.7 acres. <br />The terms of the Permit Amendment No. 04 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1977-342.
