MINING PLAN <br />Exhibit D <br />Mining Plan <br />Linkages to Mining Plan Maps in Exhibit C <br />This exhibit presents the mining plan for this site. Some of the maps contained in <br />Exhibit C should be referred to when reviewing this exhibit. Following is a list of the <br />relevant maps in Exhibit C. <br />1. Exhibit C-1: General Site Map -This map shows the relationship between the <br />existing permit area and the amended permit area. The primary area covered by this <br />mining plan is in approximately the western half of the total permit area and includes <br />the existing permit area. <br />2. Exhibit C-2: Surface Owners -This map does not have a high degree of <br />relevance to the mining plan, but does show the parcels of land adjacent to this site and <br />the owners of those parcels. This map also shows the locations of permitted wells adjacent <br />to the site. <br />3. Exhibit C-3: Mining Plan Map -This map shows the relationship between the <br />two phases and the most basic information regarding Phase 1, which is the phase that is <br />specifically addressed in this mining plan. <br />4. Exhibit C-4: Phase 1 Detail Map -This map zooms into the Phase 1 area in <br />Exhibit C-3 and shows the details involved in the mining plan for Phase 1. It also <br />contains some very basic narrative that describes the fundamentals o£ the mining plan. <br />Figures 1 and 2 contained in this exhibit (Exhibit D) link back to this map and provide <br />details regarding the sediment control and water discharge methods. <br />5. Exhibits C-5 (Soils), C-6 (Vegetation), and C-7 (Wetlands) -These maps <br />have very little relevance to the actual mining plan, but are important for describing the <br />environmental setting of the site.
