EXIIIBIT L- RECLAMATION COSTS Topsoil Recovery and Stockpiling Above Highwall Benches An estimated 20000 tons of topsoil may be available for recovery and application sourced from the slopes above the hghwall benches. This material will be bulldozed, loaded and hauled, or moved with a scraper to develop an elongate topsoil stockpile azea north and west of the existing footwall interface. Track mounted excavator may be used to "pull back" soil from the edge of the existing highwall contact for loading and haulage to stockpile azeas above. After bench development has been completed starting from the southern end of the marble outcrop along the footwall(west) side of the deposit, topsoil will be applied to the flat bench tops in prepazation for re-vegetation.
