Lower (near US50) Staging Area <br />A small pazcel of land (app. one acre) located 900 feet from US Highway 50 along <br />CR 228 has been used in past years for stockpiling rock neaz the end of the field season. <br />This parcel was traded to the Nevens family in 1998 in lieu of partial ownership <br />adjustments of commonly owned(Nevens and Colorado Mazble) mining claims in the <br />area, with approval for right to trespass across the pazcel fot access to other owned <br />claims. Presently, Colorado Marble, Inc., has requested a formal lease arrangement with <br />the Nevens family for use of the parcel as a temporary stockpile for end-of-season use. <br />Colorado Mazble will add one acre of disturbance to the mine site 71 affected land acres <br />for life of mine disturbance, with an appropriate bond addition. In the event that the <br />Neven's family heirs decide not to entertain a lease arrangement for use of the staging <br />azea, Colorado Mazble Inc., will not be able to use the site for stockpiling and re-handling <br />and the DMG will be advised with a request to reduce the bond amount accordingly. <br />12 <br />
