Since we are involved in pazallel discussions with the Division that <br />will also affect Henderson's financial warranty, we have not recalculated the warranty <br />based on this response. <br />The most signifcant comment continues to be demolition costs. While we believe that <br />the computer model used by the Division is a useful tool for estimating costs, actual third <br />party costs for recent demolition must be given greater weight than these estimates when <br />calculating Henderson's demolition liabilities. <br />We look forward to completing Technical Revision No. 12.
