AM- <br />v <br />I have completed a review of the Regular 112 Amendment Application for Permit M-1982-015 <br />filed on behalf of Siegrist Construction Company. Listed below are hydrologic and other related <br />review comments that should be incorporated into your adequacy review. Please be sure to allow <br />sufficient time for review of the applicant's response and any final changes that will be needed <br />prior to the Division's recommended decision date. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />1, The Stormwater Management Plan maps provided are unreadable and need to be revised to <br />provide a clear, readable copy that depicts the location of the proposed slurry wall, and al] <br />pertinent hydraulic structures as well as various BMP's. Please provide. <br />2. In conformance with Rules 6.4.3(b) & (f) and 6.4.7(2)(a), please provide a Water Resources <br />Map that shows the location of all streams, registered wells, springs, seeps, irrigation canals, <br />drainage channels, wetlands, or woody riparian vegetation within the existing permit area and <br />surrounding area. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />3. The Map Series provided as Exhibit F-Reclamation Plan Map depicting the Lake Improvement <br />Grading Plans and all pertinent water/hydraulic features will need to be provided in sufficient <br />size and scale as to provide all engineering, water, and hydraulic features in a readable form. <br />Revised Maps of 24" x 36" or larger may be recommended. Please provide. <br />4. The Exhibit F-Reclamation Plan Maps show the "approximate" location of the proposed slurry <br />wall. The plans, as presented, are unacceptable for approval.
