EXHIBIT "A" <br />ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION <br />Existing Authorized Uses: <br />The owner of the Pathfinder Pit is currently authorized to undertake the following described <br />uses and activities approved by the County pursuant to: <br />(i) the Development Permits approved and issued by the County in 1993, 1996 and 1997; <br />(ii) those activities approved by San Miguel County by BOCC Resolution No. 2002-1, <br />including: <br />(A) the installation and operation of concrete batch plant; and <br />(B) the importation of sand and water for mining, mineral processing, and concrete <br />production; and <br />(iii) those such additional uses and activities authorized by the Settlement Agreement <br />between Pathfinder Development, Inc. and the County made effective as of January 22, <br />2002 concerning the Pathfinder Pit. <br />Use(sl Proaosed By This Application <br />This application supports the anticipated construction of a new access road to replace a <br />damaged section near the point of the pipeline failure of the PSCo pipeline (circa 1997). <br />Enclosed are numerous exhibits supporting both the construction of this roadway detour and the <br />subsequent non jurisdictional wetland infill. <br />
