e) the type of vegetation covering the affected lands; <br />The site is an existing mine operation. However, those areas not yet mined are <br />vegetated with alfalfa and native hay grasses. <br />~ in conjunction with Exhibit G -Water Information, Subsection 6.4.7, if required <br />by the Office, further water resources information will be presented on a map in <br />this section. <br />At this time, with the inclusion of Exhibit G, it in not anticipated to need <br />additional information. <br />g) Show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all signif cant, <br />valuable, and permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected <br />land and within two hundred (200) feet of the affected land. <br />See the attached map labeled Exhibit C and the APO of Colorado list of names of <br />land owners within 200 feet. The Plant Area on Exhibit C contains the following; <br />Various buildings, shops, scale house, and material extraction, handling, <br />stockpiling, hauling, and associated conveyors and transfer points; One shop built <br />crushing and screening plant, consisting of one jaw crusher, one cone crusher, and <br />one screen deck, with plant rated at 150 tons per hour; one custom made sand and <br />gravel washing plant rated at 150 tons per hour, one Simplicity double deck <br />screen, model OA120C, Serial # 2516-HS12C-1945, one Simplicity single deck <br />screen, mode14x16 DDA-120C, Serial #1416HS1206-1530; one Eagle Iron <br />Works sand auger, model B/M-D15764, Serial #13744; one Eagle Iron Works <br />rock auger, model B/M-D33782, Serial # 12782; and one Con-E-Co truck mix <br />cement concrete batch plant, model 75CYD/ Hour, Serial # C-2446. There are <br />also two rental houses that are on the site. <br />Additionally, the City of Loveland has an Electric Switch Yard to the North of the <br />site and South of the Big Bames Ditch. The property denoted as Todd A. Wynn <br />contains a house and several out buildings. Nomina Farms and Terry and Theresa <br />Sybrandts properties contain residential and outbuilding structures. <br />h) In conjunction with Exhibit I -Soils Information, Subsection 6.4.9, soils <br />information may be presented on a mao in this section; <br />It is our opinion the information contained in Exhibit I is sufficient. <br />i) Aerial photos, if available , may be included in this section. <br />The enclosed maps labeled Exhibit C and Exhibit F - 1992 Update are aerial <br />photos. <br />
