EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Minin¢ Plan Map of Affected Lands <br />The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Loveland Ready mix Concrete Inc.; Larimer Pits; Permit #M-1974-069 <br />a) all adjoining surface owners of record; <br />The Lazimer Pits are adjoined to the North by the Greeley-Loveland Irrigation <br />Co.'s Big Barnes Ditch, and beyond that within 200 feet are several home-owners. <br />The larger landowners have been noted on the enclosed map labeled Exhibit C. <br />Attached and included as a part of this exhibit is a list of property owners within <br />200 feet of the proposed mine boundary. The City of Loveland has a R.O. W. <br />through the property which contains Wilson Avenue. The County also has a <br />R.O.W. through the property which contains County Road 19E(Namaqua <br />Avenue). The City of Loveland also has property inclose proximity that contain <br />an electrical switch yazd and a public golf course. <br />b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, <br />and power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two <br />hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of such area; <br />The Big Thompson River flows through the site. Wilson Ave. Passes through the <br />property as does County Road 19E (Namaqua Ave.) passes through the area. The <br />Buildings for the plant aze also on the property. There aze no gas or oil wells or <br />lines on the property. The City of Loveland has an electrical switch yazd and <br />overhead electrical lines to the North of the property. The Wilson Avenue and <br />County Road 19E Right-of--ways contain water, telephone, cable TV, and <br />overhead electric. <br />c) the existing topography of the area with contour lines ofsufficient detail to <br />portray the direction and rate of slope of the affected land,• <br />The site is an existing gavel pit that has been under operation. See the attached <br />map labeled Exhibit F from the 1992 update. <br />d) the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and <br />the area of affected lands; <br />The site is an existing mine operation with much of the proposed area already <br />mined. The remaining areas to be mined include portions of areas 6 and 7 and all <br />of area 8 and 9. See attached map labeled Exhibit C. <br />
