EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Minin¢ Plan Map of Affected Lands The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Loveland Ready mix Concrete Inc.; Larimer Pits; Permit #M-1974-069 a) all adjoining surface owners of record; The Lazimer Pits are adjoined to the North by the Greeley-Loveland Irrigation Co.'s Big Barnes Ditch, and beyond that within 200 feet are several home-owners. The larger landowners have been noted on the enclosed map labeled Exhibit C. Attached and included as a part of this exhibit is a list of property owners within 200 feet of the proposed mine boundary. The City of Loveland has a R.O. W. through the property which contains Wilson Avenue. The County also has a R.O.W. through the property which contains County Road 19E(Namaqua Avenue). The City of Loveland also has property inclose proximity that contain an electrical switch yazd and a public golf course. b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of such area; The Big Thompson River flows through the site. Wilson Ave. Passes through the property as does County Road 19E (Namaqua Ave.) passes through the area. The Buildings for the plant aze also on the property. There aze no gas or oil wells or lines on the property. The City of Loveland has an electrical switch yazd and overhead electrical lines to the North of the property. The Wilson Avenue and County Road 19E Right-of--ways contain water, telephone, cable TV, and overhead electric. c) the existing topography of the area with contour lines ofsufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of the affected land,• The site is an existing gavel pit that has been under operation. See the attached map labeled Exhibit F from the 1992 update. d) the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and the area of affected lands; The site is an existing mine operation with much of the proposed area already mined. The remaining areas to be mined include portions of areas 6 and 7 and all of area 8 and 9. See attached map labeled Exhibit C.
