Cauany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trus[ee <br />Listed below are the additional items and information we request in order to complete our <br />adequacy review on the Solberg Gravel, LLC, Amendment to a 112 Application, Permit No. M- <br />1981-044. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is required to make an <br />approval or denial decision no later than February 28, 2007, therefore, your response to the <br />following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible. <br />Rule 6.2.1(2) requires that maps be signed by a registered land surveyor, professional <br />engineer, or other qualified person. The maps submitted to the Division were not <br />signed. Please resubmit a signed copy of the maps. <br />2. As required by Rule 1.6.2 (1)(g), please submit the proof of publication of the public <br />notice circulated in the local newspaper, all owners of record of surface and mineral <br />lands, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are within 200 feet <br />of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice may be return receipts of a <br />Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. <br />Please submit the following information for all permanent structures within 200 feet of <br />the affected area, including all utilities, well, and easement holders of record: <br />a) List of owners names and addresses <br />b} Map clearly associating the owners with the location of these structures <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D-Mining Plan <br />4. The Mining Plan provides various acreages for a range of disturbance categories. <br />However, these acreages (15 acres of Major Disturbance, 12 acres of Moderate <br />Disturbance, and 15 acres of Minor Disturbance do not add to the total acreage of 25) <br />Please clarify the total disturbed acreage at a given time for this site. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Ac[ive and Inactive Mines <br />
