SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. That 0 . 09 acres of wetlands will be created on site and adjacent to <br /> existing wetlands which are not going to be impacted by the project . <br /> B . That wetland vegetation Scirous validus (softsteam bullrush) , <br /> Beckmannia svzicachne (sloughgrass) , and Carex Acuatills (sedge) will be <br /> planted on the east and west sides of the pond, using good planting <br /> techniques , to aid in stabilizing the banks . A wetland consultant should <br /> be contacted for this part of the project . <br /> C. That any changes and modifications in the proposed plan be presented <br /> to the Corps of Engineers for review prior to doing any work. <br /> D. That any and all equipment will be inspected for possible petroleum <br /> (cil ,gas , grease and etc . ) leeks . Any and all contaminant leeks will be <br /> repaired prior to the equipment being allowed to enter any waters of the <br /> United States to include wetlands . <br /> E . That livestock grazing will not be permitted on mitigtion sites <br /> until such time that the Corps of Engineers has accepted the mitigation <br /> site as viable and selfsustaining. <br /> F . If success is not achieved within 3 years, the applicant will take <br /> appropriate steps , as directed by the Corps, to ensure wetlands are <br /> created at the mitigation site . <br /> G . That any and all construction will be performed during time periods <br /> which the eagles are not present in the area . <br /> 6 . <br />
