'?. ?3 and 19) <br />This area encompases 251 acres of affected acreage associated with on-sde access <br />roatls. including approximately 56 acres of roadway surface and 195 acres of cut and feu side <br />slopes and benched rock cuts assoGated with the roadway construction.
