Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />Item 8. United Companies will maintain the new access road in good condition <br />through the life of the mine. United Companies recognizes that the road must <br />be in good condition to be eligible for bond release following completion of <br />mining and reclamation activity at the site. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />Item 9.
