Exhibit F <br />Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />The owners were issued a grading permit from the Boulder County Building Department <br />on February 23, 1981. No other permits licenses or approvals are held or will be sought in order <br />to conduct the roposed mining and reclamation operations, including, effluent discharge permits, <br />air quality emissions permits, radioactive source materials licenses, disposal of dredge and fill <br />material, permit to construct a dam, well permits, explosives permits, State Historic Preservation <br />Office clearance, highway access pernuts, U.;S.
