(G) The granary and 4-H barns located in Expansion Area D shall be moved <br />and permanently relocated on the area south of Area D, as directed by Lessor. Lessee <br />agrees to manage this project including identifying and coordinating with the mover and <br />providing in-kind services to include grading to facilitate the moving of both barns, gravel, <br />concrete foundations and final grading. Lessor and Lessee will share equally the cost of <br />moving the hams. The barns will be moved to the sites shown on the Eagle County <br />Fairgrounds Master Plan, Exhibit 4 hereto, or as otherwise directed by Lessor. <br />To commemorate the contribution by Lessee to this project, Lessee shall <br />provide a sign or plaque which shall be permanently affixed in a prominent place neaz the <br />entrance to the bazn. Lessor agrees to such recognition of this community partnership <br />effort. The language shall include the official Lafazge logo and shall state as follows: <br />"Lafarge, in partnership with Eagle County, has relocated this barn to its existing location <br />on ! (date) from its original site approximately %z mile to the West. The barn was <br />relocated prior to extraction of sand and gravel resources for use in the community." The <br />plaque shall be made of brass, approximately two (2) feet by three (3) feet. The final <br />appearance and presentation and any change in language is subject to Lessor's prior <br />written approval. <br />(l~ Lessee acknowledges that there aze utilities crossing through Area D, <br />including water, sewer and gas lines. Lessor shall make existing documentation, regazding <br />utility locations, and in its possession available to Lessee. Lessee shall manage the <br />relocation of existing utilities, subject to Lessor's consent to the new location(s), and pay <br />for same and provide an as-built legal description of each to Lessor within 60 days <br />following completion of the relocation(s). The relocation sites shown on the Eagle County <br />Fairgrounds Master Plan, Exhibit 4 hereto. are acceptable to Lessor; any change in the <br />site(s) requires Lessor's prior written consent. <br />()) Lessee will provide chainlink security fencing (6' high from grade) azound <br />Area D so that at all times access to those portions of Area D being actively mined aze <br />closed to the public, and access to those portions of Area D not being actively mined or <br />undergoing reclamation aze not closed to the public. Fencing will include, at appropriate <br />space intervals, signs, printed in both Spanish and English, warning the public the properly <br />is dangerous and the public should keep out. Signs must be approved by Lessor in <br />advance. <br />(J) Lessee shall comply with the Special Use Permit issued with respect to <br />Area D. <br />4. Paragraph 2 of the Existing Lease is hereby amended to provide that the Lease <br />expires the eazlier of 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2007, or the completion of the reclamation of <br />Area B.
