The packet of information received contained little additional
information that would help clarify the City's intentions, the type of permit it is seeking, or any of the
referenced stipulations placed on use of the site by the Bureau of Land Management.
Please be advised that this change in your existing Teller County Conditional Use Permit for Mining
requires forTrtal amendment of that Permit in compliance with the Teller County Land Use
Regulations, including a hearing before the Teller County Planning Commission and the Teller County
Board of County Commissioners. We request, therefore, that you make an appointment with Planning Staff
as soon as possible to review submittal requirements and procedures.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We will make every effort to assist you through the
Conditional Use Permit amendment procedure as speedily as possible.
SincerelyG~>~rs~ ^
Jea .
