Colorado Pazks will apply the materials. <br />Item 12 °~ Transit will close the storm water runoff drainage firm its industrial site <br />before it enters Colorado Parks land. In exchange for this conversion, <br />Colorado Patks will allow storm water to eater State land, both from the <br />western most boundary of Transit's easement with the City of Pueblo's <br />Historical Goodnight Barn and from the City's property.
