All responses are in bold. <br />l . As required by Rule L6.2(1)(d), please submit the proof of publication of the <br />public notice circulated in the local newspaper, all owners of record of surface <br />lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land, and any <br />easement holders. Proof of notice may be return receipts of a Certified Mailing or <br />by proof of personal service. <br />Enclosed is the proof of publication for the Haztun-Fleming Herald. ALvo <br />enclosed are the proof of notices to the adjoining landowners, the Hig6line <br />Electric Association, and the Yuma County Commissioners. <br />2. Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D -Mining Plan Please address the following items in the <br />mining Plan; <br />• Please state the anticipated slopes of the pit during the mining operation <br />and indicate the direction of mining on one of the exhibits. <br />The intent during mining is to leave slopes as close to final slope ratio as <br />possible, minimizing final work required during reclamation. Direction <br />of mining is shown on the attached Mining Plan Map. <br />• Please show the location of all temporary roads to be constructed on site <br />and further explain how the roads will be reclaimed. <br />Area 1 and Area 2 will be mined using the existing road into the original <br />Fryrear Pik Areas 3 and 4 may Lave material removed by a temporary road <br />
