• Golder observed placement of LVSCF full time for correct material, road thickness, placement
thickness, drop height, taper, and liner damage. LVSCF was placed in accordance with the
specifications.
Golder observed placement of Low Volume Solution Collection piping for proper materials,
connections, and location.
Golder observed and documented confirmation drilling activities associated with the Phase IV
construction. Full-time monitoring was given to confirmation drilling of underground workings,
including logging holes, mazking drill locations, surveying holes, and documenting underground
workings encountered.
Laboratorv Tests
Golder obtained four samples of LVSCF (LVSCFb-O5, 06, 07, and 08) for laboratory testing. The
samples tested met the requirements of the specifications and results aze presented in Attachment B.
Meetines
CC&V held a Weekly Contractors meetings on January 8`h. Items discussed included Safety,
Environmental, Schedule, and CQA. The next weekly meeting will be held on January 21~`, 2003 at
10:00 AM.
