(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVb and c Construction <br />Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project daring the period of November <br />10~' through November 30s', 2002. <br />The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low <br />temperatures rangted from 7° F to 39° F, and highs ranged from 28° F to 57° F. Snow was recorded <br />on November 11", 15a', and 24`h, 2002. Weather observations were made on all twenty-one days of <br />this three week reporting period. <br />Construction Synopsis <br />I <br />Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVb and <br />c construction. Ames conducted Phase IVb and c construction activities on twenty days of this twenty- <br />one day reporting period (November 11 u, through November 30~'). <br />Phase IVb <br />Poly-Flex continued deployment of 100-mil SST LLDPE geomembrane, 100-mil smooth LLDPE <br />geomembrane, and 100-mil double-sided textured (DST) LLDPE geomembrane in Phase IVb. Poly- <br />Flex deployed 100-mil SST LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 32,985 square feet, deployed 100- <br />mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 142,919 squaze feet, and deployed 100-mil DST <br />LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 42,307 square feet in Phase Nb during this reporting period. <br />Geomembrane panels L513 through L558 and M467 through M512 were deployed, seamed, and tested <br />by Poly-Flex. Destructive fusion seam samples DF-130 through DF-1526 were mazked, removed, and <br />
